Our own staff of highly qualified and trained professional creative designers and photo retouchers are the ones that PERSONALLY make sure your photos are 100% PERFECT!
CONSTANTLY IN THE KNOW
Much like any other job, there is constantly new software, new techniques, new styles, etc. So, to make sure we don't fall behind and use outdated methods of retouching your photos we constantly share with each other any new tips/tricks we may have read or heard about, and we are all subscribed to photography resources to keep us fresh and on top of the game.
MULTIPLE APPROVALS
After a photo has been retouched by one of our friendly team members, it needs to be approved by at LEAST two other members before it goes to the next step; if the next step is opted-in. All of our customers will be asked if they would like to preview their photo(s) via the web after our team has fully approved of the photo. However, even if everyone on our team says the photo is perfectly retouched, if there is something YOU don't like about it, then we will change whatever needs to be changed until it is perfect to YOU.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We want to keep seeing your beautiful smiling faces as often as possible, which is why we keep you in mind EVERY STEP of our photography process. YOU are the single most important part of our business, so making sure you are absolutely SATISFIED is what we stake our brand and reputation on. We're not one of those big companies that just rushes through photos, regardless of quality, and uncaring or knowing about who their customers are.
